About Me & How I Work
My approach is integrative, rooted in the Psychosynthesis model—a holistic method for healing, growth, and transformation.
Psychosynthesis holds the view that every difficulty we face or crisis we experience is an opportunity for positive change and growth.
It deals with the whole person: body, mind, feelings and spirit, and takes into consideration all human needs, from the basic psychological needs for security, love, relationships, respect and recognition, to the needs for meaning, higher values, and self-actualisation.
In my work, along with dialogue, I use many simple and effective psychosynthesis techniques, such as guided imagery, visualisation, inner dialogue, dreamwork, and drawing.
These are just some of the tools that can help you to broaden your awareness about yourself and the world around you and to get in touch with your inner strengths and wisdom so that you can make a positive change in your life.
Prior to my training in counselling and psychotherapy, I received a BSc in Quantum Physics.
Over the years, my passion for quantum physics turned into a passion for psychology, as my initial curiosity about the natural world changed into an interest in the human inner world.
