Psychosynthesis views every difficulty or crisis as an opportunity for positive change and growth.
It addresses the whole person—body, mind, feelings, and spirit—recognising both fundamental psychological needs, such as security, love, connection, and self-worth, and higher aspirations for meaning, purpose, self-actualisation, and self-realisation.
In my practice, I integrate simple yet powerful Psychosynthesis techniques, including guided imagery, visualisation, inner dialogue, dreamwork, and creative expression through drawing alongside therapeutic dialogue.
These tools enhance self-awareness and deepen your understanding of yourself and the world, helping you connect with your inner strengths and wisdom to create meaningful change.
Before training in counselling and psychotherapy, I earned a BSc in Quantum Physics.
Over time, my fascination with the natural world evolved into a passion for psychology, as my curiosity about the universe turned inward—to the depths of the human mind and experience.
